從體態評估現代人因為工作型態或生活型態所造成肌肉失衡的肌群 讓每一個開始接觸健身的新手可以清楚了解體態的重要性。想要有好的體態就應該從問題點開始著手 解決過於緊繃的肌肉再去訓練才會有好的效果 也能預防再訓練中受傷!如何適時的幫自己放鬆再訓練 認識自己的身體才是最重要的。 重量訓練可以改善體態,提高基礎代謝率,增加肌肉強度,提高骨質密度預防骨質酥鬆,也可以雕塑身材,讓肌肉更緊實,向鬆垮垮的肌肉說掰掰~ 正常完整60分鐘訓練,學習4~5個動作,每個動作做3~4組,動作養成、認識身體的每一塊肌肉、基本控制、自主伸展、了解器材的使用方式預防受傷,學習所有上下肢的訓練動作,垂直、水平、推拉、旋轉,運用在日常生活中,不易受傷,拉傷。
