懷孕過程中,孕婦會面臨身心的巨大變化,包含身形改變造成身體不適,以及孕期激素帶來的情緒起伏。孕婦瑜珈給予孕婦適當的鍛鍊,促進血液循環,維持體能,累積對自己身體的控制力與信心,以面對高強度的生產過程。讓我們透過瑜珈練習,讓身體變得柔軟與力量,也讓心靈堅強而豐盈。 課程內容 孕期不同階段的練習:初期運動可以促進血液循環,改善胎盤功能;中後期運動可以穩定血糖,並降低早產風險。 各種姿勢的凱格爾運動:凱格爾運動能減輕骨盆底肌鬆弛,強化骨盆底肌,在生產時找到放鬆的力量,避免過多的撕裂傷。產後修復從產前開始 呼吸與冥想引導:幫助媽咪們在放鬆平靜,好好享受獨一無二的孕期時光 歡迎16週以上媽咪加入
