退款政策

第一條 申請取消服務(商品)及/或退款 

根據本「退款政策」之條款與條件構成「服務條款」之一部份,買方可在課程資訊中所載之「取消政策」到期前申請取消課程及/或退款。

 

第二條  退款條件

使用者茲同意只有在下列情況下才能依據「取消政策」或本退款政策申請退款:

1. 無可歸責於買方而未能於雙方確認之指定時間與地點完成服務;

2. 服務在執行中有嚴重安全瑕疵;

3. 買方執行的課程、商品、服務實質上與所刊登的產品描述不符;

4. 您可以依消費者保護法第19條第1項規定行使相關權利。

5. 關於退貨退款方式及條件,依各該服務或商品銷售網頁及訂購流程中之相關網頁之記載。

6. 買方之申請退款必須經由Trainge平台提交。

7. Trainge將逐案審核買方的各項申請,並根據上述條件及本服務條款,全權酌情決定是否通過買方的申請。

您瞭解並同意,若因您要求退貨或換貨、或因Trainge無法接受您全部或部分之訂單、或契約因故解除或失其效力,而需為您辦理退款事宜時,Trainge得代您處理發票或折讓單等相關法令所要求之單據。

 

第三條  退款條件

訂單總額扣除已使用或已到期之服務(商品)原價後退費。但已到期而未使用者得不予退費。

 

第四條 退回服務(商品)之退款

買方必須等到Trainge確認已收到退回服務(商品)符合退貨條件後才能獲得退款,相關衍生之手續費、服務費依【通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則】第2條第5款規定不在退費之範圍。

Article 1: Request for Service (Product) Cancellation and/or Refund

According to the terms and conditions of this "Refund Policy," which constitutes part of the "Terms of Service," buyers may request to cancel a course and/or refund before the "Cancellation Policy" deadline indicated in the course information.

Article 2: Refund Conditions

The user agrees that a refund can only be requested under the "Cancellation Policy" or this Refund Policy under the following conditions:

1. The service could not be completed at the agreed-upon time and location for reasons not attributable to the buyer;

2. The service has severe safety defects during execution;

3. The course, product, or service provided to the buyer significantly deviates from the product description listed;

4. You may exercise your rights in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act;

5. The method and conditions for returns and refunds are subject to the relevant pages of the service or product sales page and the order process;

6. The buyer’s refund request must be submitted through the Trainge platform;

7. Trainge will review each buyer's application on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, decide whether to approve the buyer’s request based on the above conditions and these Terms of Service.

You understand and agree that if you request a return or exchange, or if Trainge is unable to accept all or part of your order, or if the contract is terminated or becomes invalid for any reason, Trainge may process the refund for you and handle any legally required documents such as invoices or credit notes on your behalf.

Article 3: Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed after deducting the original price of any services (products) that have been used or expired. No refunds will be given for services that have expired but not been used.

Article 4: Refund for Returned Services (Products)

The buyer must wait until Trainge confirms that the returned services (products) meet the return conditions before receiving a refund. Any handling fees or service charges incurred will not be refunded in accordance with Item 5 of Article 2 of the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal in Communication Transactions" guideline.
